The health institution said this money was paid to the creditors, meaning FARG, RSSB, and RRA.

Dr Emile Rwamasirabo said the King Faisal has received only 1 billion to pay the loan, saying this amount that is documented. The additional amount of money given to the  hospital has been was not meant to be paid, added Dr Rwamasirabo.

To the side of  CHUK, Dr Hategekimana Theobard, the chief manager told the PAC that the observed mismanagement was due to the delay of payment of loans different institutions such as Mutuelle de Sante and FARG.

Other challenges undergone by the CHUK  involved the assistance to seriously injured people who did not have financial means to pay for them selves, said Dr Hategekimana.
