Kigali: Spy agencies meet to assess criminal investigation procedures in Africa

The spy chiefs from 51 countries are meeting in Kigali to assess how effectively they can cope with the current international justice treats African based issues. The umbrella of those agencies  is labeled CISSA and will be held within six days.

The participants are meeting in Kigali Convention Center and will be assessing how the international justice system manages issues as arresting genocide suspects and other criminals.

Rwanda is keen to see 1994 genocide suspects arrested and transferred to Rwanda or tried by justice systems where they belong if justice is to be delivered to survivors.
