Ms Julienne Uwacu replaces J. Habineza in the Ministry of Sports and Culture

According to the official announcement signed by the Prime Minister Anastase Murekezi, Ms Julienne Uwacu is appointed by the Head of State Paul Kagame as the Minister of Sports and Culture in replacement of Ambassador Josepf Habineza.

After being appointed as the Ambassador of Rwanda in Nigeria, Joseph Habineza returned home on 11 August, 2014 to continue the work done by Min Protais Mitali in the Ministry of Sports and Culture.

Before being appointed as Ambassodor in Nigeria, Habineza Joseph fulfilled diplomatic functions in Ghana as an Ambassador.

At his returning back in Rwanda,  Amb Habineza was warmly welcomed as someone who exercised the same functions earlier.

Uwacu Julienne was exercising as the Acting Deputy in the Commission of Foreign Affairs in the National Assembly, the  Chamber of Deputies.
