Muhanga: Mukamabano to face 10 years in jail for sexual harassment

Mukamabano Cécile was  sentenced to ten years in jail for having forced a teen boy to have sex with her. She advises other girls  not to be driven by sexual desires at an extent to violate teens of opposite sex.

She told the reporter of Umuseke in Muhanga that she forced a 16 years old boy she worked with to have sex.

Mukamabano affirms that she desired to have sex with the boy but he refused. After refusing, Mukamabano forced him to have sex and the boy reported the case to neighboring officials who brought Mukamabano to justice.

Mukamabano accepted the allegations and was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment rather than 25 years in jail.

She revealed to Umuseke reporter that she was healthy at the time she committed the crime. I did not contaminate the boy with a  sexually transmitted disease, she affirmed.

She passed one year and half since in the Muhanga prison as she has to more nine ads  half years in the jail.

One lawyer told Umuseke that the court might have sentenced her to more years in jail if she did not cooperate during the court hearings.
