Muhongayire replaces Mukaruliza in MINEAC

Based on the National Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda, H.E Paul Kagame  has appointed Hon Jacqueline Muhongayire as a new Minister in charge of Eastern African Community Affairs replacing Hon Mukaruliza Monique.

Mukaruriza led the EAC since 2008 .Last year Muhongayire was voted to represent Rwanda in EALA.

She is a veteran politician who entered the Rwandan Parliament since 1995 representing the PSD political party. She is 52 years. Since 1997 up to 2000 she was a Vice President of the National Assembly.
