Mukaruriza hands over the responsibility to Madame Muhongayire

This Wednesday, 17, July Hon. Mukaruriza Monique,ex-MINEAC handed over the responsibility to Madame Muhingayire, the new MINEAC Manager.During the ceremony,Miss Mukaruriza thanked the President of the Republic to have given her special privileges to managing MINEAC since 2009 up to 2013.

She expressed her appreciations regarding the achievements the Ministry has made through the partnership between the staff and other stakeholders .Among the projects achieved there are the building project of a rail way joining Rwanda to the rest of EAC,the use of one ID across the EAC region to ease free movement of both goods and persons and many other projects that the new Minister will have to materialize.

She did not mention reasons why she has been ousted. However she said that she will keep on participating on activities of common interests aiming at developing the nation.

The new Minister Muhongayire thanked the new minister for efforts she displayed to present the nation’s voice in the Region.

“We as a group we endeavor to fulfill the aims and objectives of the Ministry” said Muhongayire

Hon Muhongayire urged Mukaruriza to be responsive in case she is needed to provide support for the MINEAC affairs as someone who knows the situation better, something that she agreed to do.
