A private candidate Mr Mwenedata Gilbert said that the results he got from the Monday’s polls did not satisfied him basing on how he provided efforts to present his political views and convince voters.
Mwenedata reports this after the NEC has published provisional results of the polls results where he got 0,43% over all results.
He told the Izuba Rirashe that he gave Rwandans chances to vote for him but he is surprised about the results that comes out.
For him the final results will not change something significant to the provisional results.
Mwenedata says that he will not claim about the final results underlining that the most important is to have demonstrated to Rwandans his political lines.
He thanked the ones who voted for him even though he seemingly will not win for the seat in the Parliament.
Normally Mr Mwenedata Gilbert works for USAID in its operations in Afghanistan where he manages land and urbanization related issues.
Even though the situation is not favorable for Mwenedata, he came first among all private candidates, being followed by Mr Clovis Ganza with 0,19 of votes, Mr Bizirema Venuste 0,16 of votes and Mutuyimana Leonille with 0,15 of votes.
