During a recent meeting with all stakeholders in the upcoming elections ,NEC ,RNP with all central administration authorities agreed about setting up strong mechanisms to ensure secure legislative elections.
Prof Kalisa Mbanda ,the NEC manager, explained about procedural activities scheduled to take place during the next month’ legislative elections.
Prof Mbanda ensures transparency and freedom to vote for all.
“We aim at ensuring full security to all Rwandans to vote as well as for all candidates to feel secured” Prof Mbanda said.
For Mayor Fidel Ndayisaba,these upcoming elections will be take place in fairly and secured way as well as the preceding ones were. He urged Kigali residents to actively participate in the elections next month.
ACP Bosco Rangira said that RNP has taken resolute measures to ensure security to all Rwandan citizens. He encourages Rwandans to keep work closely with Police for secure elections through communication.
Recently H.E Paul Kagame encouraged Rwandans to vote their representatives in the coming elections, reminding them that this is one of the fundamental rights of a Rwandan citizen.
