On Friday this week President Kagame will be in USA, Harvard Kennedy School of administration to deliver lecture on administration issues. The Harvard Kennedy School is a worldwide renowned school of public administration courses. It delivers Masters and PhD diplomas.
The university hosts various worldly renown leaders, political scientists and other experts who provide students with effective package for a future use.
President Kagame is one of invited guests who are meant to start delivering lecture at the university from this Monday, 06, 2017.
Last year President Kagame delivered a similar speech at the Harvard Institute of Politics. The Head of State Paul Kagame reminds the world the political endeavors that Rwanda undertook after the genocide against the Tutsi as to reinvigorate the nation.
