P.Kagame attends the SDG’s implementation summit in Ghana

Monday, 11th December, the Rwandan President of the Republic Paul Kagame landed in Accras Ghana to attend a summit whose agenda is to assess how the Sustainable Development goals can be steadfastly implemented as stipulated by the UN.

President Kagame is in Accra, Ghana to attend the SDGs related summit

The high level summit is meant to bring together high level African leaders to a High Level Africa Roundtable as to learn on how the SDGs implementation plan can be enhanced.

The SDGs plan is scheduled to get completed not later than 2030.

Other officials to attend the Summit include the Ghanaian Nana Akufo-Addo, The Chairman of the African Union Commission Moussa Faki Mahamat, among others.

President Kagame is mandated to monitor the process of the SDGs implementation.

January next year, he will started leading the African Union as the President of the Pan African Body.
