Today in a swearing in ceremony that took place in the Parliament, President Kagame urged the newly appointed officials to keep increasing their willingness and ability to uphold security and economic well being of Rwandans.
The newly appointed officials include the Minister of gender and family plan Dr Diane Gashumba, the Executive secretary of the National Security and Intelligence Services Brig Gen Joseph Nzabamwita, Major Gen Jacques Musemakweli the Chief Army Staff of infantry and Brig Gen Charles Karamba, the Chief Army Staff of Air Forces .
In his small speech, the Head of State Paul Kagame reminded them that the well being of Rwandans are part and parcel of their work and should stick on it at any cost.
He urged them to be work closely and cooperatively as to achieve their duties in a sustainable way.
President Kagame underlined that security of Rwandans comes first above all, adding that those newly military officers should keep this in mind and strive to achieve it.
We all know that security is the basis of every sustainable economic growth, he stressed.
President Kagame underlined that appointing new officials to new duties is part of leadership, stressing that this process will be done for other officials as well.
