During a period of commemoration of the genocide against the Tutsi for the 20th time, artists who are in the competition in the PGGSS IV provided the widows from the Nyamirambo Sector with over one million Rwandan Francs. They also helped in installing a electric power in ten houses of the widows.
The ten artists paid the medical insurance ( mutuelle de santé) to 166 families.
Families which received the aid are located in Kiberika neighborhood, Nyarutarama cell, Nyamirambo sector in Nyarugenge district.
Widows appreciated the package provided by the artists for their willingness and loving kindness towards them.
The artists will participate in the Umuganda that will take place at Bumbogo, in Gasabo district in the coming days.
The PGGSS IV competition will resume on 03, May, 2014.
