The Rwandan rider Areruya Joseph who is competing with different riders from the world in the La Tropicale Amissa Bongo tour in Gabon has arrived at the finishing point as number two as riders were competing to win the phase 4.
This tour, that started on January, 18, 2016, is part of others listed to take place every year and takes place in Gabon Libreville.
It is ranked the most rewarding and challenging tour in Africa. Different cycling teams from across the world attend the tour.
These include Skydive Dubaï and Stradalli Bike Aid from German. The phase 4 that Areruya has won started from Oyem province towards Ambam city, near Cameroun.
The whole distance was 141 kilometers long. Areruya Joseph from Team Rwanda arrived at the finishing line alongside the first one namely JELLOUL Adil from Morocco who plays for the Skydive Dubai.
Both of them have spent 03h23’43”hours to complete the phase.
This Friday the riders will be competing to complete a hard phase where they have to pass through a dance forest in Meyo Kye towards Oyem.
