Police urges public to vacate ‘high risk zones’

The Rwanda National Police has called upon families living in areas demarcated as ‘high risk zones’ to relocate to the new sites allocated by districts to avoid likely loss of lives.

The call follows heavy downpour on Tuesday evening, especially in the City of Kigali, which killed four people and seriously injured five others. The injured are hospitalized at the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali (CHUK).
