President Kagame confident for Amb Valentine Rugwabiza in Cabinet .

During a swearing in ceremony of Ambassador Valentine Rugwabiza Sendanyoye recently appointed as the Member of the Government, President of the Republic Paul Kagame said that he is confident for Amb Rugwabiza to effectively fulfill her duties as a Cabinet member.

The ceremony took place in the Parliamentary Kimihurura and has lasted only 10 minutes long.

President Kagame who headed the ceremony said that Ms Rugwabiza will fulfill her duties as she did during her previous exercise in different international bodies such as in the World Trade Organisation.

The Head of State said that due to her intensive experience ,she is now appointed as one of the Cabinet members as to help her share her knowledge for a sustainable development.

Ambassador Rugwabiza has a highly ranked education from the University of Zaire, the current DRC in Pharmacy studies  and has represented Rwanda in the World Trade Organisation in Switzerland.

She also fulfilled different high responsibilities across Africa especially in the Eastern African.

The swearing in of Madame Rugwabiza Velentine lasted from 11h45 to 11h 55 am.

Madamu Rugwabiza Sendanyoye Valentine is  has been set also  as the CEO of the Rwanda Development Authority ,a public institution  for economic promotion.
