During his official visit in Israel, H.E Paul Kagame meets with Rwandan students who study in Israel universities.
H.E went in Israel to attend a Presidential Summit having a theme “The Human Factor in Shaping Tomorrow”.
Israel is currently preparing to cerebrate a 90 years anniversary of President Shimon Peres. After arriving in Israel, President Kagame was welcomed by the President Peres alongside the ex-President of USA, Mr. Bill Clinton.
President Kagame plans to visit the Kibbutz Center for Modern Agriculture where, as expected, he will meet with Rwandans who study in the center. The Kibbutz is located in Shefayim Province.
Rwandan students ,in the Center ,undergo a intensive studying program where they learn modern irrigation techniques. The partnership to make this happen is under the responsibilities of Ministries of Agriculture of both countries.
President Paul Kagame will have high level presidential discussions with President Peres and his Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
President Kagame attended the Summit previously in 2008.The Summit discusses different global serious issues relating to environment, culture, economy, education and journalism, among others.
