“In spite of the challenges in the past, Rwanda and Tanzania have continued to enjoy good relations, owing to our foresighted leaders and historical ties. We are currently enjoying warm relations with Tanzania and during the Tanzanian foreign affairs Minister’s visit we had the opportunity to discuss bilateral relations as well as regional integration and security.”
