President Kagame said that the current situation shows that France is willing to worsen the good relations with Rwanda, adding that the looser will not be Rwanda as it stands at the truth’s side.

In his speech President Kagame started by thanking the achievements that the Rwandan justice sector has achieved so far. These include handling juridical cases.

The Head of State said that the international justice has trusted Rwanda and this helped in extraditing suspects who, some of them, have been tried and fairly.

He therefore urged them to increase their professionalism as to provide quick and effective services that Rwandans deserve.

As his speech kept going on, President Kagame warned the French not to complicate the good diplomatic relations are currently improved.

For the Head of State , France is better avoid this confrontation as the outcomes will mostly affect France due to the wrong side it stands in.

Last week week the French justice called for a creation of an independent commission having a mission of re-assessing the real causes of the plane crash that killed former President Juvenal Habyarimana in 1994.

The crash of the Presidential plane is considered by some as the flashing cause of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsis.

President Kagame blamed some countries that behave as policing agents that monitor the rest of the world, especially the developing nations.

He said that the diplomatic crisis between both nations has arisen since the rebirth of Rwanda in 1995 and Rwanda has been kind enough to let the French to investigate this issue.

President Kagame said that France seeks to restart the former investigation, adding that this will not cost Rwanda nothing substantial.

The Head of State added that France should be held accountable for its helping hand to the genocidal regime of Habyarimana who dead in the plane crash.

As he was concluding his speech, President Kagame urged Rwandans to keep building the nations cooperatively.
