Rwandan President Paul Kagame alongside his counterpart the Senegalese Macky Sall are chosen to be awarded as the best African Heads of States to have promoted road infrastructures, maintenance and cleanliness.
The “Super Prix/Grand Batisseur” award is an annual award is labeled ‘Babacar NDIAYE award’ as the former African Bank CEO who supported this initiative.
Other various media and corporate organizations combine efforts to support this endeavor.
The manager of the team that selected both Heads of States (namely Kagame and Sally) said that the team worked tirelessly to choose the candidates to receive this award.
Adama WADE said that selecting Paul Kagame was due to his contribution in promoting road infrastructures and its maintenance.
The cleanliness of these infrastructures is an added value that brought President Kagame at the best place to receive the above mentioned award.
President Kagame and Macky Sally will receive the award on Mai, 24, as the 52nd African Development Bank Summit will be taking place in Ahmedabad, India.
