President Kagame will not attend the Paris Summit

President Kagame will not attend the Paris summit that is planned to settle out measures to strengthen security in Africa. The summit will be held from 6 to 7 December, this year.

The President will be represented by Minister Louise Mushikiwabo in the summit.

During the time when the Paris  Summit will be taking place, H.E Paul Kagame will  be conducting the National Dialogue  scheduled to take place from 6 to 7 December 2013.

The National Dialogue gathers senior officials, leaders from the local government, private sector organisation and Rwandan diaspora.

The Paris Summit is meant to assess ways and means to set up a joint  military intervention force for  peacekeeping activities across Africa .

President Jacob Zuma will not also attend the Paris Summit due to the date that concedes with the date of the leading ANC political party( African National Congress).
