The State Minister in the Ministry of foreign affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe told a press conference that the Chinese President Xi Jinping will make a two days visit to Rwanda late next year.
His visit will focus on how t bilateral ties between Rwanda and China can be strengthened.
Amb Nduhungirehe revealed that President Xi visit will start from 22 and end on 23, July, 2018.
On August, 2017, the Chinese Vice president of the parliament Liu Xiaofeng made a visit to Rwanda
The Chinese minister of foreign affairs Wang Yi Met came to Rwanda and met with the President Paul Kagame in his office at Urugwiro Village.
Since the FPR Inkotanyi came to power in Rwanda, bilateral ties between the Chinese People’s Repubulic and Rwanda became more productive and stable.
These relations impact on economic, cultural and political aspects.
Early this year President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame visited China and were welcomed by President Xi Jinping and First Lady Peng Liyuan.
