This Sunday at the Remera Amahoro stadium, the Rayon sports crew has managed to score a goal that qualified it for the next matches in the CECAFA Kagame Cup that is taking place in Kigali. The striker Kambale Salita Gentil was the one to slowdown the ADAM City football team speed.
In the beginning of the match, Adam was the most active but 15 minutes later, the Rayon sports withheld the ball at an extent that different opportunities to score were unfruitful.
The first half of the match ended while both teams equalized 0-0. In the second half, the coach Jean Francois Luscuito introduced the middle-fielders Kambale Salita Gentil and Sekle Yao Zeco whom he brought from Togo.
Adama City played a clean and calculated game but was unable to score while the Rayon Sports was eager to score as quick as possible.
At the 57 minute, kuri corner the Rayon’s Nizigiyimana Karim Kambale Salita Gentil made a shot to score and the first goal of the Rayon sports made the difference.
At the 78 minute, Salita scored another goal using a head.
Before the match ended, at the 90 minute the ADAM team scored its first and the only goal, ending the match with 2-1.
Lastly the Rayon sports has equalized with the Tanzanian’ AZAM with 0-0.
