During a Press conference with Journalists ,the RCS Chief, Gen Paul Rwarakabije said that strict measures are taken to ensure security in prisons.
His statements are uttered few days prisoners dropped out the prisons and fled away.One of these fugitives was arrested.
Gen Rwarakabije says that afyer the incident,the leader of the prison is suspended to his duties as the investigations continue to arrest all actors.
Gen Rwarakabije says that recent events should be an exemplary step for the prisons managers to stop it from happening again.
Among the measures taken include a systematic follow up of the relations Prison keepers and staff nurture with prisoners so to reduce the risk of the situation to happen.
From 2008 not less than 146 prisoners dropped prisons. Some of them were arrested. RCS says that though measures are taken to ensure lasting security in Prisons.
