One man’s loss is another man’s gain. And Rick Ross is paying a lot of cash to get what Evander Holyfield apparently could no longer afford. The music mogul has dropped $5.8 million to buy the foreclosed Georgia mansion of the former boxing champ, according to Radar Online.
The 38-year-old rapper purchased the home which Evander had to sell to a bank at a public auction as part of a foreclosure for $7.5 million in 2012.
The enormous 54,000 square-foot mansion sits on 235 acres and is the largest single family home in the state of Georgia.
Located outside of Atlanta, the compound features 109 rooms, including 12 bedrooms and an astonishing 21 bathrooms.
In career news, the Maybach Music Group founder is set to drop his latest record, Mastermind, on March 4th.
The first single is called The Devil Is A Lie and features Jay-Z.
It’s his sixth studio album which also includes collaborations with Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Jeezy.
