Ruhango: DPC Richard Rubagumwa passed away

According to our reporter in the South Province, the police commander in the Ruhango district Supt Richard Rubagumya was found dead in his home last Monday. The root causes of his death are still under investigation, the Police spokesperson in the South Province,  CIP Andre Hazikizimana  says.

However, speculations claim that late Supt Rubagumya’s death might have been caused by a sickness to be identified as his body is undergoing medical autopsy in the Police Hospital located in Kigali city.

Supt Rubagumya has been  fulfilling different duties in Police and in different police stations and departments including in Rwamagana, Bugesera and  Ruhango.

He was married with four children.
