Ruhango:Locals laud the CLECAM EJO-HEZA in changing their lives

The  members of the CLECAM EJO HEZA  inaugurated a complete modern building that they built them selves. They said that  this is a big achievement within seven years of operations.

The treasury officer of the Cooperative Habyalimana Jean Pierre said that sustained savings and a clean financial managements are the keys that led to the growth of the cooperative and therefore , the members were able to build a functioning building.

The cooperative CLECAM  has started in 2007 with 1000 adherents and but their number has increased at 13000 members who regularly contribute to its development.

The cooperative has an operation costs  worthy 583 million Rwandan Francs.

One of its members called Habimana Vincent  said that he asked the bank for a loan to invest in animal husbandry. He,thus, domesticated pigs  that increased in number and reached 200 pigs worthy  35 million Rwf.

Musabyimana Rose at her side said that with 50. 000 Rwf, she can asked the bank for a loan. She siad that she has raised from the deep poverty. In addition to this, she is able to pay the school fees for  her children.

Mugabo Damien  the leader of the Rwanda Cooperative Agence thanked the members of the cooperative, urging them to keep the efforts forward and gain more.
