After examining the claims set up by Mr Rwamucyo Gisaza accusing Mr Rusiha Gasthon to have corrupted people on the ended parliamentary elections,the Supreme Curt confirms that Rusiha Gasthon has been voted to represent PLWD’s in Parliament.
Mr Rwamucyo brought the case to the Supreme Court on 20,September after the elections for the representatives of people living with disabilities in MPs claiming that Mr Rusiha used his phone to corrupt voters promising them an amount of money afterwards.
After examining the claims of Mr Rwamucyo,the court found his claims inconsistent and,basing on that the NEC affirms Mr Rusiha as real candidate elected to represent PLWD’s in the newly elected MPs.
