Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs has signed an economic bilateral agreement with the Israeli Foreign affairs minister Avgador Liberman who is conducting official visit different sub-Saharan African countries.
Minister Mushikiwabo said that the bilateral cooperation between both nations will be based economic and security areas. Mushikiwabo said that this cooperation will accelerate the economic move that Rwanda has undertaken.
Israel is small country has managed to set up a modern agricultural techniques, enabling it to ensure its food security.
Rwanda is willing to learn from this Asian country that managed to overcome ecological hardships and develop at an international level, Akamanzi Claire in charge of development operations in the RDB has said.
She said that improving services delivery will be used as means to attract more Israeli investors in Rwanda.
Minister Liebermann heads an important group of investors who came to assess the economic situation in Rwanda as to learn by which mechanism and means to invest in Rwandan economy.
Liberman and the group of investors will visit the Kigali Genocide memorial site to commemorate the genocide against the Tutsi in the 1994.
