Rwanda in the Miss World Competition for the first time, Miss Mutesi will represent it

According to the information delivered by authorized bodies, Miss Rwanda 2016, Mutesi Jolly is nominated to participate into the Miss World Competition scheduled to take place during the last months of this year.

The current world queen of beauty is a Spanish called Mireia Lalaguna who owns the 2015 crown that she won during the competition that took place in China, Shanya Province.

The 19 years old Miss Rwanda appreciated her nomination and called upon the wide Rwandan public to back so that she might win this worldly prestigious crown.

The Miss World Competition is over 60 years old and is attended by many beauty queens across the world.

It took place for the first time in Britain in 1951.

The competition is among the most prestigious ones as well as the Miss Universe and Miss Earth.

The event creates an atmosphere that attracts world renowned media and beauty professionals to assess who deserve that crown.

Since her election, Miss Rwanda participated into various initiatives aimed at improving people’s lives and sensitizing the youth about the wickedness of drug use, thus urging them to avoid such harmful behaviors.

She visited orphanages to  bring joy to children being educated in them.

The leader of the Rwanda Inspiration Back Up( the company that organizes the Miss Rwanda Competition), Ishimwe Kagame Dieudonne  said that this fact  highlights both the image of Miss Jolly Mutesi as well as the one of her nation, Rwanda.

This is the first time in its history that a Rwandan girl takes part in the Miss World Competition.

For Miss Mutesi, bearing the Rwandan flag is a privilege and a pride for her and she promises to perform at her best.

She, however, calls for joint efforts of all Rwandans to back her to make her dreams become true in front of the world.
