RDF has shown to different army representatives of different Defenses Forces Staffs (France,Belgium,USA and Tanzania) that the recent fire to Rwanda was not an accident in itself rather a deliberate action of provocation .
Even though RDF has significantly proven that action was deliberately done by MONUSCO and FARDC ,MONUSCO has deinied an involvement on this scandal
Brig.Gen Joseph Nzabamwita told journalists that the denial of this case some thing understandable.
“A thief never agrees that he/she steals but that does not change nothing at all.The Military Jointed Forces know as EJVM (Expanded Joint Verification Mechanism )Military attachés were in Rwanda during last Thursday when the bullets were fired to Rwanda”said Brig.Gen Joseph Nzabamwita.
He also told Journalists that this misbehavior is a serious issue to Rwandan national security.
An open dialogue is taking place between Rwanda and Congolese officials in order to handle the situation accordingly.
