An association of young entrepreneurs who forged the idea of helping the needy Somali people in past years because of the hunger that was endangering people’s lives revealed it still wants to empower Rwandan youth as to help them change their dreams into reality.
The team made up by 15 young and smart minds told the gathering at Rwanda Library Services building at Kacyiru that its commitment to empower the youth to achieve higher is as vivid as the one to help Somali people was.
After the launching a regular show to be broadcasted to several radio and TV show and online sites, Hitimana Nkubito Emmanuel, the leader of the RYAN( Rwanda Youth Action Network) told UM– USEKE that this is one of many projects the youth network will be fulfilling in the near future.
According to him, the My Journey show will provide the opportunity to the youth who is willing to undertake the entrepreneurship but are hesitating with the already business owners as to help the former ones to learn from the later ones.
We want to help the youth to think out of the box and take the action to convert smart ideas into smart actions, Hitimana said.
The Association has a lot of the projects to carry out in the upcoming years, projects based on environment protection and peace building related initiatives.
