This was agreed upon after both sides after signing the bilateral agreement to launch the cooperation between both sides.
The flights will strengthen ties between both nations in different areas such economy, among others.
The Rwandan side was represented by State Minister in the Ministry of infrastructures Dr Alexis Nzahabwanima while the Central African government was represented by Arnaud Djboubaye Abazane.
The bilateral agreement will allow airplane companies to fly between both countries and therefore boost the economy of both nations.
At his side, Arnoud Djoubaye Abazene expressed his gratitude over the signing of the agreement and he hopes that it will help in improving the security status in his country.
The agreement stipulates that its implementation will start within six months ahead.
