The ISAE Busogo authorities welcomed the delegation from Israel, Agrostudies Institute, an Israeli University. Those young intellectuals are eager to  contribute on the Government efforts to develop the agriculture sector as one of key pillars of Rwandan economy.

The intensive training they went through consisted on learning modern irrigation techniques and  the efficient use of rain water increase seasonal production.

In his dissertation,Mr Emmanuel Ndayizigiye wrote about the agricultural challenges Rwanda faces and suggested solutions about it, what made him the best student among all he was studying with.

He said that in Israel, agricultural activities are  highly developed dispite   highly prolonged sunny season(11 months long per year).

“If Israel can do that why not Rwanda” Ndayizigiye wonders.

For him it can be achieved through using continuous efforts and investment so to attain the level of Israel.

Recently President Paul Kagame visited Israel and greeted those students encouraging them to be more committed to their studies.
