Prime Minister of Rwanda Anastase Murekezi has officially launched the RNIT Iterambere Fund to boost Rwandan economic development through encouraging saving and investment among Rwandans from different backgrounds.
During his inaugural speech, Andre Gashugi who leads the RNIT said that at the beginning one share will be worth of 100 hundred Frw as to facilitate the ‘ordinary’ Rwandan to invest in the RNIT.
Individuals, corporate industries both from in and outside Rwanda can invest in this Iterambere Fund as to assure their future.
For one to embrace this new saving and investment option, he/she is allowed to look for banks or specialized operators called stock brokers dispatched in Kigali.
According to Gashugi, people who will be deposing their money should assured of its security as the National Bank will take care of it.
The biggest part of this business lays on the use of the treasury bonds a transaction tool
Prime Minister Anastase Murekezi urged Rwandans to embrace this business platform as it will help its users to save their assets for long time and in a sustainable way.
