He said that after a concert he held yesterday alongside Masamba Intore, a concert mostly attended by young people.
Jules Sentore who uses the traditional music to channel his message, told Umuseke that the youth attendance to hear and enjoy traditional music is a positive reality for the future of music in Rwanda.
In the previous Gakondo group concerts, he said, the elderly people were the most remarkable but we are glad that the reverse is happening as young people become more interested.
The yesterday’s concert was in due to celebrate the Liberation Day that takes place on 4th, July every year.
Jules Sentore is competing with his fellow artists for the Primus Guma Guma Superstar VI and is the only one who provides his message through the traditional music, an added value for his carrier.
