The advertising billboards having images of the former and current beauty queens Aurore and Colombe kissing the singer King James are removed in all Kigali squares .
Some of the observers have affirmed that images of the beauty queens deformed the Rwandan culture while others consider the issue as normal.
The Public relations officer at the Ministry of women promotion told UM– USEKE that the billboard has been removed due to the fact that the images of the beauty queens kissing the singer King James deform the image and respect of Rwandan women.
She said that billboards having such images are not worthy to be made available and hanged to them. The Ministry has urged the Kigali city to remove all the billboards in all areas of Kigali.
