Kigali–It was during a High level meeting between different political and intellectual figures that Africans in general and Rwandans in particular discussed on how they can set measures and means to be self reliant .The debate took place at KIST(Kigali Institute of Science and Technology)yesterday.
The High level meeting was organized by The Rwanda Governance Board in close partnership with African Union. Minister of Foreign Affairs Madame Louise Mushikiwabo described the role that African Union plays at international scene.
This Tuesday Prof Shyaka Anastase told journalists that meeting decisions will be communicated to all Africans through different channels because ,according to him, they(decisions) are meant to be strong means for Africans to undertake a reliable journey towards self reliance and development.
