This newly launched tool called ICSMS (Integrated Electronic Case Management) will be helping juridical bodies to electronically assess the claims provided by clients as to learn how trustworthy they are.The system will significantly help in providing quick and effective services, the Ministry of Justice claims.
The tool will also help in providing needed juridical assistance to clients as to reduce the time it took when provided in normal circumstances.
The Minister of Justice Johnston Busingye underlined the fact that this is the first time such a system is used in Africa.
The ICSMS will be valuable to all e-mail registered online users who will be willing to get first hand information about the juridical cases of the first importance.
Whoever willing to present his case to courts will be facilitated by this new system, and consequently, will be able to follow how his case will be dealt with.
Minister Busingye added that the new system will help all bodies entrusted to deal with crimes to coordinate easily and in sustainable way.
Those bodies include Police, Prosecution, Justice and Rwanda correctional services body, among others.
All information will be shared among these bodies through the above mentioned system.
Through this new system, concerned bodies will track down every individual willing to provide faked information or data tied to a given case and therefore take adequate measures on his/her behalf.
According to the Minister Busingye, received information will be allowing the concerned bodies to carry on further investigation on ground as to find out the truth or other additional data for a fair judgment.
Current data show that not less 40 people were trained to use the new system but more people will be trained afterwards.
