According to the PM Office’s Press release, H.E Paul Kagame has set up the University of Rwanda’s new cabinet which has Dr Mike Emeritus O’Neil as the Rector.
Dr Mike O’Neil has been the President of the Oklahoma Christian University since 2002-2012 in Oklahoma State, his native state.
This Chancellor has been lecturing at the University of Pepperdine , California, since 1976 and 2002. In 1999 he became the Deputy President of that University. He has PhD in business and accounting with high degree in Law.
He has insights in biblical studies, likes singing and preaching.
He has been preaching in the Malibu Church of Christ.
