One of the prison management officials told Umuseke that the some prisoners who fled the prison are being hunted down for their re-arrest.
SIP Hilary Sangabo who speaks on behalf of the Rwanda correctional Services said that the prisoners who fled are named Frank Ntirenganya and Oscar Bahati. They have been charged for holding guns and using them in stealing activities.
The information that Umuseke expresses that the ones who fled were found guilty of having stolen one million$ in Goma, DRC.
SIP Sengabo says that the prisoners who fled used a window to flee but further investigation to arrest them is being carried out.
He, however, called upon all Rwandans who might be able to recognize them could provide them useful information for their arrest.
