These cell offices are located in Karongi district in Western Province. These include Rwufi, and KAnyege in Mutuntu sector, Karongi. Locals are decrying for innovated offices as the ones they attend are not compatible with the current social and economic development Rwanda undergoes.
The above mentioned cell offices have weak roofs, soon-to-collapse walls and no cement on walls. One of locals named Mugiraneza Jean told Umuseke that the deplorable physical state of the Kanyege cell does not encourage locals to nurture hygiene in their respective neighborhoods, thus calling for more hygienic conditions.
As the roof is spoiled in Rwufi cell, more people are worried about its fall during the rainy season as the region is exposed to tense rain and speedy winds.
Authorities told Umuseke that there are a budgetary previsions to innovate the offices and make it more attractive for both locals and visitors.
