The USA national Timothy Rugg was crowned the winner of the third stage of the Tour du Rwanda currently taking place in Rwanda. The today’s stage started from Karongi early this morning towards Rusizi . They ride over the new road of Kivu Belt neighboring the Kivu Lake. They have to go through 115 kilometers.
Valens Ndayisenga is the one who owns the yellow jersey and is still willing to withhold it throughout the competition.
The arriving point is located in Kamembe where they will be producing more energy before reaching the ending point.
