The Turkish Minister of foreign affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs Louise Mushikiwabo put an signature on bilateral partnership as to allow Turkey help Rwanda to boost its ambitious textile industry.
Turkey decided to participate into projects that Rwanda targets to achieve, these including education, trade and communication infrastructures, energy development and bilateral trade ties.

The Rwandan Minister of foreign affairs Louise Mushikiwabo who signed the agreement from the Rwandan side, thanked Turkey for its willingness and commitment to help Rwanda in its development.
She added that this event increases the significance of the existing partnership between nations.
Mushikiwabo told media that Turkey will help in increasing skills of Rwandans in different areas of their interests such as in textile, skin working and clothes making, among others.
Trade will be also be given wide space into this renewed partnership between Turkey and Rwanda.
Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu from Turkey said that his country is praised of nurturing close ties with Rwanda and intends to make it lasting.
He said that the partnership between Rwanda and Turkey lies upon different pillars and is showcased by different realities such as the current ‘Kigali Convention Center’ project that Turkish people are fulfilling.
The Turkish Airlines company that is operating between both nations and abroad is another tangible issue to highlight the cordial relations existing both nations.
