Ali Aman ,Mwizerwa Lambert and Ntibakunze Alphonse are jailed into Kicukiro Police Station in Kigali. They are suspected to have been accomplices to the robbery committed to ORINFOR headquarters. Persecution says that they have stolen 31 paper bobbins worthy 9 Million Rwandan Francs.
Ali Aman alongside Mwizerwa Lambert were workers at ORINFOR .Lambert was in charge of paper cutting with its other related activities.
Ali Aman was in charge of newspapers packaging while Ntibakunze Alphonse is a local citizen who is suspected to have facilitated the robbery and carrying the items outside to far sale.
Robbers were caught due to the divulgation of the news done by a security keeper (working for Intersec Security Company) who saw them packaging the items in a car.
When he asked them where they took the items they told him they are bringing them to the new ORINFOR headquarters located at Kacyiru.
Suspecting them he alerted neighboring security agents to start the investigation.
Investigation has found that Mr. Ntabakunze Alphonse is the one who packaged the car Dyna RAB 043S one bobbin and brought to a local paper processing factory to sell it.
They have been caught when they came for the second time to steal another one. Commissioner of Police Superintendent Urbain Mwiseneza says that a crime of that kind is categorized under crime that aims at weakening the national economy.
If they are found guilty they are to face five years of imprisonment Mwiseneza says.
