The striker Kambale Salita Gentil from Etincelles FC is rewared by Umuseke.rw senior management as the player of the Month(November) of the ongoing AZAM Rwanda Premier League. He received his award at Kicukiro stadium after the match with the Police FC that took place Saturday.
Awarding the selected player of the month is an initiative from Umuseke.IT Ltd with AZAM that aims at encouraging players to perform better and youth to be more involved in football game, particularly and in other games at large.
The match between Police FC and Etincelles FC ended with the victory of former with 2-0 goals. The “UM– USEKE Player of the Month”award comprises of a trophy and an envelope of money with an annual permission to exercise in the Gym of Hilltop Hotel.
The Umuseke Player of the Month has to be selected by a technical team comprising of coaches, sports journalists and fans who voted through an online platform made available at Umuseke.rw website.
Four players competed for November award and those involved Kambale Salita Gentil from Etincelles FC, Ndayishimiye Eric Bakame from Rayon Sports, Danny Usengimana from Police FC and Nyandwi Saddam from Espoir FC.
Kambale Salita Gentil played for different teams including AS Kigali, Rayon Sports before joining Etincelles.
He won the title with 54,5% being followed by Ndayishimiye Eric Bakame with 33%, Danny Usengimana with 9,5%, while the defender of Espoir FC called Nyandwi Saddam came last with 2,8%.
