Both riders of the Team Rwanda Valens Ndayisenga and Bonaventure Uwizeyimana fought to South Africa to join the Dimension Data cycling team that is classified as the most performing in Africa.
They are expected to be part of the team as professional riders.
Valens Ndayisenga( former rider of the Les Amis Sportif from Rwamagana district) and Bonavanture Uwizeyimana( former rider of the Benediction Club of the Rubavu district) have already signed a one year contract to play for the South Africa renown cycling team called Dimension data.
Remember that both riders join their fellow Adrien Niyonshuti who started evolving in the team since 2009.
The Dimension Data is composed of six South Africa citizens and two Eritreans.
The key aim is to join the renown Africans riders such as Adrien Niyonshuti, Daniel Teklehaimanot, Debesay Mekseb and Mark Cavendish who are in the Dimension Data (number one).
Valens Ndayisenga revealed to Umuseke that their dreams are getting true with the pace of the time.
He added that they are healthier enough to start intensive training and catch up the level that their elders have achieved so far.
Other Team Rwanda remarkable riders who have been recruited by the foreign prestigious cycling teams include Jean Bosco Nsengimana and Hadi Janvier.
Those young Rwandan riders joined the ‘Bike Aid’ from Germany.
