The flower giving act takes place in the Rwanda Development Board Headquarters as an act of wishing a happy women’s day to each woman who enters the office.
Both female Rwandans and foreigners who visits the RDB office for various ends gets a flower and they express their appreciation for that friendly gesture.
RDB is one of the government led institutions that hosts many clients including investors, tourists and others who come to search for better and quicker services in Rwanda.
