Rwandan Minister of youth and information communication technologies Jean Philbert Nsengimana urged young people from Rulindo district to be more involved into ICT related endeavors as to develop their nation and themselves as well.
He said that as he was inaugurating the Youth Connekt Month’ month. For him the fact that Rwandan leadership has set up different important infrastructures is a motivation for the youth to be more innovative and creative.
These infrastructures include electric power, fast internet among others.
Rulindo residents in general and the youth partnered with Minister Nsengimana to build a new road to facilitate locals communicate easily. The road connects six cells in the neighborhood.
Minister Nsengimana said that young people are in good position to create new projects as all needed facilities are made available.
He mentioned infrastructures such as electricity, security, inclusive education , etc.
All of these are meant to change people’s lives, Min Nsengimana said.
He urged Rulindo based youth to be more active and work hard to yield more fruits from their labor.
Locals revealed to Minister Nsengimana that they are willing to embrace new technologies via update information on current issues.
For them, this has to be done through the availability of fast internet.
